Located on the fifth floor of a residential building with lift access, the apartment enjoys a privileged frontline position overlooking the Mediterranean. From the spacious balcony, guests can take in uninterrupted views stretching from Palamós to Torre Valentina, while enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the promenade below.
The property accommodates up to six guests and is particularly comfortable for up to four adults. The sleeping arrangements are distributed as follows:
Master suite with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Two additional bedrooms with trundle beds, ideal for children, teenagers or individual adults.
In total, the apartment features two full bathrooms and an additional guest toilet.
The bright open-plan living and dining area connects directly to the balcony and benefits from abundant natural light throughout the day. The fully equipped kitchen includes premium appliances, a wine fridge, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, washing machine, tumble dryer and everything required for an extended stay.

The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a residential building served by a lift. The building entrance also benefits from an accessibility platform to overcome the small flight of steps at street level.
Check-in is available from 16:00 and check-out takes place at 11:00.

Balcó al Mar enjoys one of the most desirable locations in Sant Antoni de Calonge, directly on the seafront promenade.
The beach, restaurants, cafés and cycling path are located immediately outside the building. Walking along the waterfront, guests can reach Palamós in approximately 25 minutes while enjoying uninterrupted coastal views.
To the north, the prestigious area of Torre Valentina offers crystal-clear coves, coastal walking paths and some of the most attractive scenery on this stretch of the Costa Brava.
The property also provides an excellent base for exploring nearby destinations such as S’Agaró, Platja d’Aro, Calella de Palafrugell and Begur.
