Property description
This historic family house has welcomed generations of the same family and still preserves its warm and personal character, with books, an old piano, and charming details throughout.
Built in traditional Cadaqués style with stone walls and original architectural features, the house is spread across three floors and comfortably accommodates 6–8 guests.
Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1 — Double bed with en-suite bathroom
Bedroom 2 — Double bed + single bed, en-suite bathroom and small private balcony
Bedroom 3 — Three single beds, en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace
In total the house includes four bathrooms with showers, three of them en suite. All are equipped with basic toiletries and a hairdryer.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine (small capsules) and a traditional Italian moka pot. The indoor dining table comfortably seats up to eight guests.
One of the most special features of the house is its private patio, a rare luxury in the centre of Cadaqués. Furnished with chairs and sun loungers, it also includes a portable barbecue with firewood, perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors.
As with many traditional stone houses in the historic centre of Cadaqués, the property retains the natural characteristics of this type of construction. At certain times of the year, you may notice a slight scent associated with the natural humidity of the stone walls. To maximise comfort, the house is equipped with a permanent dehumidification system.
For year-round comfort, all main rooms are equipped with air conditioning with heat pump, and the main living room features a fireplace with wood available.

During your stay we remain available if you need assistance, recommendations or local tips, while fully respecting your privacy.
Access
Check-in takes place from 16:00 onwards, with check-out at 11:30.
Access to the property is easy and you can drive directly to the house. The property also includes two private parking spaces located immediately next to the house, suitable for standard-size vehicles including SUVs — a true luxury in Cadaqués.

Please note that the house is distributed across three floors connected by staircases, all fitted with handrails. This should be taken into account when booking.
A cleaning fee is charged at the time of booking and is shown separately. Optional intermediate cleaning services are available upon request.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Pets are accepted upon request (€25 per pet).
Quiet hours must be respected between 22:00 and 07:00.
Families: a baby cot and high chair are available.
Longer or seasonal stays may be possible upon request.

The house is located at the entrance of the historic old town of Cadaqués, one of the village’s most authentic and pleasant areas.
Within just a few minutes’ walk you can reach the main beach, the seafront promenade, and many restaurants, cafés and small local shops. The narrow white streets of the old town invite you to stroll and enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere that has inspired artists for decades.
Despite its central location, the area remains quiet and relaxing.
Cadaqués is also the perfect starting point to explore the Cap de Creus Natural Park, ideal for hiking, discovering hidden coves or taking boat trips.
