Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, it combines a convenient location, well-designed spaces and amenities that are unusual in the village, such as a lift and private parking.<\/p>\n
Bed configuration:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Main bedroom with a double bed (150 x 200 cm).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Second bedroom with an Ikea Sl\u00e4kt trundle bed and two single mattresses (90 x 200 cm).<\/p>\n
\u2022 Mezzanine with two single beds (90 x 190 cm).<\/p>\n
The property features a private terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.<\/p>\n
To ensure year-round comfort, the apartment has ducted air conditioning with a heat pump and supplementary radiators for the colder months.<\/p>\n
Private parking is included in the booking. Due to the layout of the shared garage, access involves several tight turns, making it particularly suitable for medium-sized or short cars. Longer vehicles can also enter with extra care. Use of the parking space is entirely optional, and detailed instructions are provided before arrival.<\/p>\n
The fireplace is not available for use.<\/p>\n
Families requiring a cot may request one in advance for an additional fee of \u20ac25.<\/p>\n
Efforts will be made to ensure that all communication is as smooth as possible. This will be carried out through mobile messaging applications.<\/p>\n
PARKING:<\/p>\n
From October to April, there are many parking options at the end of Sa Tarongeta Street itself.
\nIf not, we suggest unloading temporarily and then looking for a parking spot.<\/p>\n
Free: At the main roundabout at the entrance to the village, head towards \u201cPort Lligat\u201d. Signs will appear along the way.<\/p>\n
