Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac used primarily by residents, the property offers a peaceful environment while remaining within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the historic centre. This balance between convenience and tranquillity makes it particularly well suited to families, couples and small groups looking to enjoy Cadaqu\u00e9s without the challenges often associated with parking and accessibility.<\/p>\n
The apartment is arranged over two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.<\/p>\n
The sleeping arrangements are distributed as follows:<\/p>\n
Master bedroom with double bed (150 x 200 cm).<\/p>\n
Second bedroom with an IKEA Sl\u00e4kt day bed and two single mattresses (90 x 200 cm).<\/p>\n
Mezzanine level with two single beds (90 x 190 cm).<\/p>\n
The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area and a private terrace where guests can enjoy the outdoors in a quiet residential setting.<\/p>\n
Please note that the bathroom and corridor layout may feel slightly unconventional. Guests are encouraged to review the floor plan available in the photo gallery before arrival.<\/p>\n
For year-round comfort, the apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning with heat pump and additional electric radiators for colder periods.<\/p>\n
The orientation of the property helps reduce exposure to the strong Tramuntana winds that are characteristic of the Alt Empord\u00e0 region while also limiting excessive direct sunlight during the warmer months.<\/p>\n
Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.<\/p>\n
One of the property’s most valuable features is its private underground parking space, included in the reservation.<\/p>\n
Access to the garage involves several tight turns and is best suited to short or medium-sized vehicles. Larger vehicles can also access the parking area, although additional care and manoeuvring may be required. Detailed arrival instructions are provided prior to check-in.<\/p>\n
The building benefits from lift access, an uncommon convenience in Cadaqu\u00e9s, making luggage handling and daily access significantly easier.<\/p>\n

Its location offers an excellent balance between convenience and tranquillity, allowing guests to enjoy the atmosphere of Cadaqu\u00e9s while staying in a quieter residential area away from the busiest streets.<\/p>\n
The property also provides an ideal base for exploring the Cap de Creus Natural Park and the many coves and coastal landscapes that make this part of the Costa Brava so unique.<\/p>\n
Private parking is included in the reservation.<\/p>\n
A refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival and is processed through our online guest portal.<\/p>\n
A baby cot is available upon request for an additional fee of \u20ac25.<\/p>\n
Pets may be accepted upon request and subject to approval.<\/p>\n
