With capacity for up to <strong data-start=\"462\" data-end=\"476\">six guests<\/strong>, it offers an authentic and comfortable base in one of the Costa Brava\u2019s most iconic villages.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"573\" data-end=\"847\">Set in the heart of the old town, on the charming pedestrian Cur\u00f3s street, this colourful alley lined with bougainvilleas is peaceful, highly photogenic, and leads directly to the village\u2019s iconic church. A truly special location to experience Cadaqu\u00e9s with all five senses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"1145\">Located on the <strong data-start=\"864\" data-end=\"916\">second floor of a traditional building (no lift)<\/strong>, the apartment is in excellent condition and thoughtfully equipped for both summer and winter stays. As it is the owner\u2019s main residence for much of the year, it offers a warm, well-maintained, and welcoming home-from-home feel.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1147\" data-end=\"1326\">The apartment has been renovated with care and includes a comfortable living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, a modern bathroom with a double shower, and three bedrooms:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1528\">\n<li data-start=\"1328\" data-end=\"1384\">\n<p data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1384\">The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1385\" data-end=\"1470\">\n<p data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1470\">The second bedroom offers two single beds and direct access to a private terrace.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1528\">\n<p data-start=\"1473\" data-end=\"1528\">The third bedroom is a loft space with two single beds.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1836\"><strong data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1544\">Important:<\/strong> Please note that the loft bedroom is accessed via a <strong data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1616\">vertical ladder<\/strong> and has a <strong data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1671\">low ceiling height (approximately 1.5 m)<\/strong>. For safety and comfort reasons, it is not recommended for small children or guests with reduced mobility. We strongly recommend checking the photos before booking.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1838\" data-end=\"2096\">The apartment features <strong data-start=\"1861\" data-end=\"1899\">central air conditioning via ducts<\/strong> and parquet flooring throughout.
