The apartment combines functional living spaces with one of its most distinctive features: a private terrace with open views across the entire bay, creating a true \u201cmirador\u201d experience, especially at sunset.<\/p>\n
The property is located on the first floor of a small residential building and is distributed across a single level, with a total surface of approximately 60 m\u00b2. Access is via stairs, which is typical for this area of the village.<\/p>\n

The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (small capsules), and traditional Italian moka pots.<\/p>\n
