The apartment is arranged over two levels and is located on the ground floor of a small residential building. Please note that although the entrance is at street level, there are two steps down when entering the property.<\/p>\n
Ground floor: open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, plus a guest bathroom with toilet and bidet.<\/p>\n
Upper floor: two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, and a separate utility \/ laundry room (this room is not used for sleeping).<\/p>\n
Sleeping arrangements:<\/p>\n
– Bedroom 1: Double bed with built-in wardrobes.
\n– Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a double bed on the lower level and a single bed on top.<\/p>\n
For comfort reasons, the maximum occupancy is five guests.<\/p>\n
The apartment features two bathrooms:<\/p>\n
One guest toilet on the ground floor<\/p>\n
One full bathroom upstairs with a shower<\/p>\n
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large double-door fridge with separate freezer.

Chez Pacha is located on Carrer Miranda, one of the most central streets in Cadaqu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
The area is lively and extremely convenient, with beaches, restaurants, shops, and caf\u00e9s all within walking distance.
\nPlease note that, due to the central location, street noise \u2014 particularly from motorbikes \u2014 can be noticeable throughout the day, which is typical of Cadaqu\u00e9s, especially during the busier months.<\/p>\n
