Can Rino

Can Rino is a bright flat situated on the first floor of a small residential building, in an elevated part of Cadaqués offering exceptional panoramic views over the bay and the village.

The property has a floor area of approximately 60 m² and is laid out over a single floor. Access is via stairs, which is common in this part of the village.

Layout:

The apartment has two bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with a double bed (160x190) and air conditioning
• Bedroom with two single beds (90x190)

The maximum capacity is 4 guests.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a bath, hairdryer, heater and basic toiletries such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The living area consists of a living-dining room with plenty of natural light, connected to the fully equipped kitchen. It features an oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine (small capsules) and several Italian moka pots.

The dining table is spacious, seating more than four people.

The living room leads out onto the private terrace, one of the home’s most special features. It is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers, and offers unobstructed, elevated views over the bay of Cadaqués, ideal for peaceful breakfasts or unwinding at the end of the day.

Guests also have access to the community swimming pool, which is open from June to end of September and is included in the stay.

For year-round comfort, the flat is equipped with heat pump air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, as well as a radiator in the dining room and a portable heater in the second bedroom.

The fireplace is not in working order.

Location and access:

The property is situated on a hilltop street on the boundary between the village and the mountainous area, ensuring peace and quiet and stunning views. Due to this location, access involves a steep incline and may require the use of a car or good mobility to get around on foot.

The walk to the centre and the beach takes approximately 10 minutes, taking the slope into account.

Furthermore, part of the street does not have full street lighting. For this reason, torches are provided to guests for added convenience at night.

There is no private parking on the property, although there are parking options nearby. Detailed information will be provided in the house guide following your booking.

Can Rino is situated on high ground in Cadaqués, on the border between the village and the countryside, giving it a peaceful, quiet atmosphere and the feeling of a viewpoint overlooking the bay.

It is about a 7-minute walk to the centre, the restaurants and the village’s lively atmosphere, whilst a small supermarket is just 5 minutes away. There are also parking options nearby.

Due to its location, access involves a slope, so it is recommended for guests with good mobility or who do not mind walking or using a car.

In return, the area offers unique unobstructed views, with spectacular sunsets from the terrace, where you can take in the whole bay and even the lighthouse on the horizon.
