The space:
The apartment is arranged over two levels and is located on the ground floor of a small residential building. Please note that although the entrance is at street level, there are two steps down when entering the property.
Layout:
Ground floor: open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, plus a guest bathroom with toilet and bidet.
Upper floor: two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, and a separate utility / laundry room (this room is not used for sleeping).
Sleeping arrangements:
– Bedroom 1: Double bed with built-in wardrobes.
– Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with a double bed on the lower level and a single bed on top.
For comfort reasons, the maximum occupancy is five guests.
The apartment features two bathrooms:
One guest toilet on the ground floor
One full bathroom upstairs with a shower
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a large double-door fridge with separate freezer.
A round dining table comfortably seats up to six guests.
For year-round comfort:
Air conditioning with heat pump on the ground floor
Air conditioning with heat pump in the main bedroom upstairs
The second bedroom is equipped with an electric radiator for winter and a ceiling fan for summer
Additional radiators are provided as a complement
Please note that the fireplace is not usable.
Although the apartment does not have outdoor space, its central location means the beach, shops, and restaurants are all just moments away.
Location:
Chez Pacha is located on Carrer Miranda, one of the most central streets in Cadaqués.
The area is lively and extremely convenient, with beaches, restaurants, shops, and cafés all within walking distance.
Please note that, due to the central location, street noise — particularly from motorbikes — can be noticeable throughout the day, which is typical of Cadaqués, especially during the busier months.
