Es Forn

Es Forn is a traditional three-storey house located in the historic centre of Cadaqués, offering spectacular elevated panoramic views over the bay and the village. Thanks to its elevated position and large windows, the house enjoys plenty of natural light throughout the day.

The house accommodates up to 10 guests and features five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, while the remaining two share a fourth bathroom. Each bathroom follows the traditional Empordà style, with colourful tiles and matching towels that give each space its own character.

The layout of the house is as follows:

Ground floor: entrance area with a small sitting space, a bunk-bed bedroom with private bathroom (green bedroom) and a twin bedroom with two single beds together and private bathroom (blue bedroom).

First floor: the main bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with bunk beds) sharing a bathroom.

Second floor: fully equipped kitchen and spacious living and dining area with large windows facing the bay of Cadaqués.

The living room features a comfortable L-shaped sofa facing the view and a wood-burning fireplace available for guests. The dining table seats ten people comfortably.

From this level you can access the private terrace, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the open views over the village and the sea.

In winter, the house is comfortably heated by underfloor heating. During the summer, its elevated position and traditional stone construction help keep the interior naturally cool, while portable fans are provided in every bedroom for additional comfort.

The house is mainly designed for adults and older children and is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

Efforts will be made to ensure that all communication is as smooth as possible. This will be carried out through mobile messaging apps.

The house is located in the heart of Cadaqués’ historic old town, one of the most charming villages on the Costa Brava. Despite its central location, it sits at the intersection of quiet pedestrian streets, offering a peaceful setting within the village.

Within just three minutes on foot you can reach the seafront promenade, the beach, and many restaurants and terraces. From the house it is easy to explore the village entirely on foot, enjoying its white streets, small art galleries, local shops and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

Cadaqués is also the gateway to the Cap de Creus Natural Park, a spectacular area known for its dramatic coastal landscapes, hiking trails and hidden coves with crystal-clear water.
