Description
Dúplex Sa Tarongeta is a modern and comfortable apartment, built in 2010 and located at the entrance of Cadaqués. It is ideal for couples, families, or small groups of up to six guests, making efficient use of space while offering a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
The apartment is spread over two levels. Access to the property is possible either by stairs or lift, although it is important to note that the internal staircase is quite steep, albeit fitted with a handrail. Guests are strongly encouraged to check the photos carefully to ensure the layout suits their needs.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Main bedroom: Spacious double bed (150 x 200 cm).

Second bedroom: More compact room with a single bed and a pull-out trundle bed.

Loft area: Two separate single beds (90 x 190 cm).
This layout makes the apartment particularly suitable for families or groups with children, while still offering privacy and comfort.
Important: Please note that the bathroom layout is unconventional, as the shower and washbasin area are integrated into the hallway/corridor. We strongly recommend checking the photos to ensure the design suits your preferences.
The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, a wall-mounted hairdryer, and basic toiletries (shower gel, soap, and courtesy toilet paper).
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, four-ring ceramic hob, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a 6-cup Bialetti moka pot, and a kettle. The round dining table comfortably seats six guests.
For year-round comfort, the apartment is fitted with ducted air conditioning with heat pump. As a complement to the main system, additional electric radiators are provided (two in the living room and one in the main bedroom), along with a portable bathroom heater.
Please note: the fireplace is not usable.
One of the highlights of the property is the large private terrace, offering pleasant mountain views and furnished with outdoor seating — an ideal spot to relax in a peaceful setting.
Thanks to its orientation towards the mountains, the apartment is naturally protected from the strong winds typical of the Alt Empordà and benefits from balanced sunlight throughout the year, contributing to a comfortable indoor climate.
Interaction
We aim to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. All communication with guests is handled via mobile messaging apps, ensuring quick and easy contact whenever needed.
Guests can enjoy full privacy during their stay, while knowing assistance is always available if required.
Access
The apartment is accessed via self check-in using a key box, available from 16:00 onwards.
The property does not include private parking. Detailed information about free and paid parking options nearby will be provided in the house guide, which is shared prior to arrival.

A cleaning fee is paid at the time of booking and is shown separately. Optional intermediate cleaning services are available upon request.
