Description
Dúplex Sa Tarongeta is a modern apartment built in 2010 and located at the entrance of Cadaqués. Designed to accommodate up to six guests, it combines practical access, comfortable living spaces and several features that are surprisingly rare in the village, including a lift, private parking and a private terrace.
Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac used primarily by residents, the property offers a peaceful environment while remaining within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants and the historic centre. This balance between convenience and tranquillity makes it particularly well suited to families, couples and small groups looking to enjoy Cadaqués without the challenges often associated with parking and accessibility.
Layout
The apartment is arranged over two levels and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
The sleeping arrangements are distributed as follows:
Master bedroom with double bed (150 x 200 cm).
Second bedroom with an IKEA Släkt day bed and two single mattresses (90 x 200 cm).
Mezzanine level with two single beds (90 x 190 cm).
The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living and dining area and a private terrace where guests can enjoy the outdoors in a quiet residential setting.
Please note that the bathroom and corridor layout may feel slightly unconventional. Guests are encouraged to review the floor plan available in the photo gallery before arrival.
Comfort
For year-round comfort, the apartment is equipped with ducted air conditioning with heat pump and additional electric radiators for colder periods.
The orientation of the property helps reduce exposure to the strong Tramuntana winds that are characteristic of the Alt Empordà region while also limiting excessive direct sunlight during the warmer months.
Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
Parking & Access
One of the property’s most valuable features is its private underground parking space, included in the reservation.
Access to the garage involves several tight turns and is best suited to short or medium-sized vehicles. Larger vehicles can also access the parking area, although additional care and manoeuvring may be required. Detailed arrival instructions are provided prior to check-in.
The building benefits from lift access, an uncommon convenience in Cadaqués, making luggage handling and daily access significantly easier.

The beach, promenade, supermarkets, restaurants and most village amenities can be reached in approximately five minutes on foot.
Its location offers an excellent balance between convenience and tranquillity, allowing guests to enjoy the atmosphere of Cadaqués while staying in a quieter residential area away from the busiest streets.
The property also provides an ideal base for exploring the Cap de Creus Natural Park and the many coves and coastal landscapes that make this part of the Costa Brava so unique.
