Description
Es Forn is a spacious three-storey Mediterranean house located in the historic centre of Cadaqués, offering spectacular elevated panoramic views over the entire bay and the village below. With capacity for up to ten guests, the property combines traditional architecture with generous living spaces, abundant natural light, and a calm atmosphere despite its central location.
The house features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, making it particularly well suited for groups of friends or families travelling together. Three bedrooms have their own private bathroom, while the remaining two share a fourth bathroom. Each bathroom reflects the traditional Empordà style, with colourful tiles and matching towels that give each space its own character.
The layout of the house is distributed across three levels:
Ground floor: entrance area with a small seating space, a bunk-bed bedroom with private bathroom (green bedroom), and a twin bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom (blue bedroom).
First floor: the main bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom, along with two additional bedrooms (one with twin beds and one with bunk beds) that share a bathroom.
Second floor: fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area with large windows opening towards the bay of Cadaqués.
The living room features a comfortable L-shaped sofa facing the panoramic view, a Smart TV, and a wood-burning fireplace available for guests who wish to enjoy it. The dining table comfortably seats ten guests, making it ideal for shared meals after a day exploring the village.
From this level you can access the private terrace, a peaceful outdoor space with seating and spectacular views across the bay and the historic rooftops of Cadaqués.
Thanks to its elevated position, the house remains naturally cool in summer and does not require air conditioning. In winter, underfloor heating ensures a warm and comfortable stay.
The property is designed primarily for adults and older children and is not suitable for children under 10 years old.

Access
Check-in is available from 16:00, with check-out at 12:00.
Access to the house is through pedestrian streets in the historic centre of Cadaqués. While the property does not include private parking, detailed arrival instructions and recommended parking options will be provided in the house guide before your arrival.
The house is distributed across three floors connected by interior staircases with handrails. Guests should be comfortable using stairs during their stay.

Es Forn enjoys an exceptional location in the historic centre of Cadaqués, just a short walk from the seafront, restaurants, and local shops.
Within three minutes on foot you can reach the beach, the harbour promenade, and many of the village’s best restaurants and terraces. Despite its central location, the house sits on a quiet intersection of pedestrian streets, offering a peaceful environment within the village.
Cadaqués is also the gateway to the Cap de Creus Natural Park, one of the most spectacular landscapes on the Mediterranean coast, perfect for hiking, swimming in hidden coves, or exploring the dramatic coastline.
Notes
The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and other essential appliances. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
Pets may be accepted upon request, subject to approval, with an additional fee of €25 per pet.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, though it is allowed on the terrace when using the ashtray provided.
Intermediate cleaning services can be arranged upon request.
