Description
This centennial house with soul is located in the very heart of Cadaqués and is ideal for families or groups of six to eight guests looking for space, character, and an authentic village experience. Full of history and personality, the house has hosted generations of the same family and still reflects the owners’ personal touch, with books, an old piano, and a warm atmosphere that invites relaxation and disconnection.
Built in traditional Cadaqués style with stone walls and original architectural details, the house is spread over three floors, offering generous space and privacy throughout.
The sleeping arrangements are distributed as follows:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Double bed and one single bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to a small private balcony.

Bedroom 3: Three single beds, en-suite bathroom, with access to a private terrace.
In total, the house features four bathrooms with showers, three of them en suite, all equipped with basic toiletries and a hairdryer.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine (small capsules), and a traditional Italian moka pot. The indoor dining table can seat up to eight guests, offering a cosy setting for shared meals.
The living areas open onto a private and secluded patio, a rare feature in the centre of Cadaqués. While there is no large outdoor dining table, the patio is furnished with chairs and sun loungers, and includes a portable barbecue with firewood, perfect for relaxed outdoor evenings.
For year-round comfort, all main rooms are equipped with air conditioning with heat pump. And the main living room features a chimney with wood available (check house rules).

Access
Check-in takes place from 16:00 onwards, with check-out at 11:30.
Access to the property is easy, and you can drive right up to the house. The property also includes two private parking spaces, located immediately next to the house and suitable for standard-sized vehicles, including SUVs — a true luxury in this area.

Notes
Please note that the house is distributed over three floors and includes several staircases, all fitted with handrails. This should be taken into account when booking.
A cleaning fee is paid at the time of booking and is shown separately. Optional intermediate cleaning services are available upon request.
