Casa María Sol is a spacious and well-appointed two-storey house, ideal for families and groups of up to eight guests seeking comfort, privacy, and a peaceful setting close to Cadaqués. Located in the exclusive and exceptionally quiet s’Arenella area, the house offers the perfect balance between tranquillity, nature, and easy access to the village.
With over 130 m² spread across two floors, the property has been thoughtfully designed to provide space and comfort throughout the year, reflecting the owners’ long-standing experience hosting guests in Cadaqués.
The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Master bedroom: Double bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds (90 cm).

Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90 cm).

Bedroom 4: Double bed, located on the upper floor with direct access to a large solarium with sea views.
In total, the house offers two bathrooms, both fitted with hairdryers and basic toiletries. One bathroom includes a shower, while the master en-suite features a bathtub.
The living room is bright and spacious, with direct access to a fully private garden. Outside, guests can enjoy a gas barbecue (Habitex), an outdoor dining table seating up to eight, and comfortable garden seating. The upstairs solarium also includes two sun loungers and an additional outdoor table for four, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes all essential appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine (small capsules), a filter coffee maker, and an indoor dining table that comfortably seats eight guests.
For year-round comfort, the house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, electric radiators in the main living area, and heaters in the bathrooms.
The property also includes one private parking space within the community, suitable for standard-sized vehicles, including SUVs.
