Casa Llúcia is a cosy and well-located ground-floor apartment, ideal for couples or small families of up to four guests looking to enjoy Cadaqués in a comfortable and relaxed setting.
The apartment is situated just a short walk from Platja d’es Poal, offering an excellent base to explore the village, its beaches, and its cultural highlights. Although located on the ground floor, please note that there is one step down to access the apartment. The building does not have a lift.
Set in one of the most vibrant yet peaceful neighbourhoods of Cadaqués, the area enjoys a lively local atmosphere without high noise levels, making it ideal for a pleasant stay.
The apartment features practical and functional spaces designed for comfort and short-to-medium stays. Sleeping arrangements include:

A second bedroom with a bunk bed comprising two single beds (90 x 200 cm).
Casa Llúcia does not have air conditioning or central heating. However, fans are provided for warmer months, and portable radiators are available to ensure comfort during cooler periods.

Access
The apartment is accessed via self check-in using a code, available from 16:00 onwards.

Diving enthusiasts will also appreciate the proximity of the Diving Center Cadaqués, just one minute away.
Notes
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a dining table suitable for four guests.
The bathroom features a shower, wall-mounted hairdryer, and basic toiletries. Fresh bed linen and towels are included.
A cleaning fee is paid at the time of booking and is shown separately. Optional intermediate cleaning services are available upon request.
