Casa Baró is a recently renovated townhouse located in the historic centre of Caldes de Malavella, a charming thermal town ideally positioned between Girona and the Costa Brava.
Spread across three levels, the property offers a practical and comfortable base for families, couples or small groups looking to explore the region while enjoying the convenience of staying in the heart of the village. With three bedrooms, a private rooftop terrace and all essential amenities, Casa Baró combines functionality, privacy and a genuine local atmosphere.
The property is particularly well located for guests wishing to visit the area’s historic thermal spas, play golf at Camiral Golf & Wellness, explore Girona, or enjoy day trips to the Costa Brava.
Layout
The house can comfortably accommodate up to five guests.
The sleeping arrangements are distributed as follows:
Bedroom 1: Double bed.
Bedroom 2: Double bed.
Bedroom 3: Single bed.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor together with the main bathroom, which features a spacious walk-in shower.
On the ground floor guests will find the living area, dining space, fully equipped kitchen and an additional guest toilet.
The kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the essentials required for everyday cooking and dining.
Outdoor Space
One of the property’s most attractive features is its private rooftop terrace.
Located on the upper level of the house, the terrace offers open views across Caldes de Malavella and provides a pleasant outdoor space for breakfast, reading, relaxing or enjoying the evening atmosphere of the village.
The terrace currently includes outdoor seating, a parasol and decorative lighting, with further improvements planned over time.
Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, are also located on this level.
Comfort
The house benefits from a recent renovation and offers a bright, practical and comfortable environment.
Wi-Fi and Smart TV are available throughout the stay.
Please note that the property does not currently have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided for warmer periods. A permanent heating solution is planned but is not yet installed at the time of writing.
The house is distributed across three floors connected by internal stairs and may therefore be less suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Interaction
Guests benefit from autonomous check-in via key box, allowing flexible arrivals from 16:00 onwards.
Our team remains available throughout the stay to assist with recommendations, practical information or any issues that may arise, while fully respecting guest privacy.

Casa Baró enjoys a central yet peaceful location within Caldes de Malavella.
Both Balneari Prats and Vichy Catalan can be reached on foot within a few minutes, while local cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday services are all nearby.
The property is also conveniently located for exploring the wider region:

• Girona Airport – approximately 11 minutes by car.
• Girona city – approximately 25 minutes by car.
• Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Platja d’Aro and other Costa Brava destinations – approximately 25 to 30 minutes by car.
The train station is also within walking distance, providing easy connections to Girona and Barcelona.
Notes
Free public parking is available a short walk from the property, and guests may stop briefly in front of the house to unload luggage.
Pets are not permitted.
Optional intermediate cleaning services can be arranged upon request.
A refundable security deposit of €50 is required prior to arrival and is processed through our online guest portal.
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00.
