Casa Baró is a renovated house located in the centre of Caldes de Malavella, ideal for enjoying a peaceful stay close to the thermal spas, Camiral Golf, Girona and the Costa Brava. Recently renovated, it combines the charm of a traditional home with the comforts needed for a practical and comfortable stay.
The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests and is arranged as follows:
• Main bedroom with a queen-size double bed.
• Second bedroom with a queen-size double bed.
• Third bedroom with a single bed.
The main bathroom is located on the first floor and features a spacious shower. On the ground floor, there is also an additional toilet next to the kitchen.
The living area is arranged around a cosy lounge with Smart TV and a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and dining space for up to six people.
On the top floor, there is a private terrace of approximately 20 m² with open views over Caldes de Malavella. It is a pleasant space for breakfast, reading or enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the town.
The property includes wifi, a washing machine and a dryer. It currently does not have air conditioning or a permanent heating system, although fans are provided for the warmer months.
The house is just a few minutes’ walk from Balneari Prats and Vichy Catalan, and is an excellent base for discovering Girona, the Costa Brava or the facilities of Camiral Golf & Wellness.
Check-in is self-service via a key box. Free parking is available a few minutes from the property, and it is possible to stop briefly in front of the house to unload luggage.
Casa Baró is located in the historic centre of Caldes de Malavella, a peaceful town known for its thermal waters, modernist architecture and strategic location between Girona and the Costa Brava.
Just a few minutes’ walk away, you will find the historic Vichy Catalan and Balneari Prats thermal spas, cafés, restaurants, small shops and all the services needed for a comfortable stay without having to use the car constantly.
The location is also ideal for exploring the area. Camiral Golf & Wellness is just 11 minutes away by car, Girona Airport around 11 minutes away, Girona city 25 minutes away, and some of the best-known beaches on the Costa Brava, such as Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Platja d’Aro and Tossa de Mar, are less than half an hour away.
Caldes offers a relaxed atmosphere all year round, making it an excellent base for combining rest, gastronomy, thermal spas, golf and day trips around the province of Girona.
